This site has lied to all who ordered this wheel, I ordered and printed the page where it showed 9 in stock then they tell me its on back order, I clearly ordered this from here thinking that the fact that it showed in stock that I would get the product, once again I was lied to 2nd site to try and pull this stunt.. I for one see this as false advertisment to lure someone into buying something that they think they will recieve sometime in the near future then to find out they lied.

I ordered the item last week and I got it earlier than expected, so that is a positive right there. As far as the wheel goes well that will have to wait because my wife won’t let me have it till Christmas. I did open the box and felt the wheel, pedals, and shifter and they all felt very durable, but then my wife told me to put it away :{. This is my first wheel that I have ever owned, and because of GT5 I thought it was time to move up to a wheel because racing with a controller just loses the excitement, plus with the new in cockpit view you really need a wheel to bring that excitement to your driving. I initially was going to get the Driving Force GT which was around 100 dollars, but my wife actually said I should just go with the G27 that way I can shift with the H pattern or the shift paddles. I do want to give a shout out to the guys at SRT for their review of the G27 because of them I had my wife watch the review to kinda push her in that direction :}. Ok, this is quite long for not reviewing the product, but I will be back sometime after Christmas with a full review.

i rate it 5 stars in all, its simple! the best driving wheel; unfortunately mine was defective; i scare!!!, but just a call and Amazon put a new wheel in a plane; btw im still waiting because my courier “have a lot of packages, a lot of work”;i hope have it for christmas, or new year`s eve………; o maybe next year!!!!……..ohhh, i just hope to have it!!!!

Do you have the need for “cyber” speed? If so, I whole-heartily recommend the Logitech G27 Racing Wheel. The only thing Logitech could have done to increase the realism of this controller would have been to issue a ream of speeding tickets to the purchaser. So give your thumbs a rest (they are for hitchhiking not high performance racing) and pick up this system and you will surely add a few thousand more points to your high score.

I have to admit, I balked at the price tag of this racing wheel when I first saw it. However, after using this wheel a few times I started to realize just how much the wheel changes your gaming experience. Logitech has done a really great job with this wheel and while it’s pretty expensive, it’s money well spent if your into racing games.

This wheel is just about as close as you can get to a true arcade feel. The fact that the PS3 has such revolutionary graphics helps matter as well because the whole experience really does feel like it’s real. The wheel is comfortable and extremely responsive as is the gas pedal. The shifter is also extremely responsive as well. The finishing on the wheel is great because it makes the whole thing feel like your driving a real car. I haven’t played any PC games but I can definitely recommend it for PS3.

I don’t really have any complaints with this product, which is good given it’s hefty price tag. Logitech has made a really revolutionary racing wheel that immerses you right into the game. It may be more expensive than the Wii but serious racing game fans will really enjoy this wheel. I can’t imagine playing another racing game without it. It’s too bad it’s not compatible with Mario Kart 64, that would be really amazing.
